Refund Policy

Returns

 

Due to the nature of skincare products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used products.

 

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it.

 

To request a replacement, please email within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • your order number

  • photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging

 

If the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

 

  • a replacement cannot be provided, or

  • an order is cancelled before shipping.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
